Softech4net will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. Place an order by telephone call and send your written official order to us with a demand draft. We start working for your Website when you phone us and we launch your Website when we receive your information and photographs. softech4net will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between softech4net and the client.

You can send all the information related to the Website in typed form with scanned photograph by an email or C.D. therefore it will work faster or you can simply send all the information in printed on the paper with photograph by post.

Charges are to be paid in advance minimum Rs.1500/00.

Payments may be made by demand draft/money order should be drawing in favor of “Softech Computers” payable to Shivpuri M.P. India.

Softech Computers will do remote updating and maintaining facility.

Softech Computers may revise tariff for web services as its discretion without prior information.

We will try to notify thirty (30) days prior to when a renewal fee is due (We owe no responsibility if we fail to notify prior to due date).

The registrant agrees that we will not be liable for any loss of registration and use of registrant's domain name, or for interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event our maximum liability shall exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the service/s, hired by you.

In case the requisite payment is not received since it is due, then we can stop providing services to you and the stoppage of service due to non-payment

Payment of Accounts

Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We will contact clients via email and telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.

Problem related to hosted website/ Complaints Procedure

Informal complaints procedure

If your organization face any problem related to hosted website can report the error/problem by email or Fax your problem will be solved by online. There is no need to visit there. In case of visiting your institute for your requirement, traveling fare will be paid by your institute.

Formal complaints procedure

The formal complaints procedure should only be used where the complainant feels that the nature of the complaint is too serious to be dealt with informally, or where a satisfactory conclusion has not been reached after following the informal procedure.

A formal complaint should be made in writing to softech4net, who will acknowledge receipt and ensure that the matter is looked into as soon as possible.

An initial response to any complaint can be expected within seven days of its receipt; a full and considered response to the complaint should be completed within 30 days and any subsequent remedy implemented with the minimum of delay.

Compatibility
softech4net will endeavor to ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6. softech4net can offer no guarantees of correct function with all browser software.

Website Design

The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of softech computer solution until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.

Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Sims Designs remain the copyright of Sims Designs and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of softech4net.

softech4net cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of softech4net and where no charge is made by softech4net for such additions, softech4net accept no responsibility to ensure such additions are error free and reserve the right to charge an according amount for any correction to these or further additions.

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to softech4net all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.

softech4net will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

softech4net will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.

softech4net will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.

softech4net will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.

A deposit of 25% is required with any project before any design work will be carried out but it shoul not be less than Rs.1500/-00 or $40.

Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms.

Non payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.
